1. Acceptance of Terms By using our used cooking oil recycling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services E.A Grease and Ernestos Grease, inc provides used cooking oil pick-up and recycling services. We agree to pick up used cooking oil from your designated location in accordance with the schedule agreed upon by both parties.

3. Customer Obligations

You are responsible for storing used cooking oil in appropriate containers and ensuring the oil is free of contaminants.
You must provide safe and accessible access to the oil storage area for our drivers.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the handling and disposal of used cooking oil.

4. Limitation of Liability E.A Grease and Ernestos Grease, inc shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the collection, transportation, or recycling of used cooking oil.

5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E.A Grease and Ernestos Grease, inc from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement with 2 days written notice.

7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of IL.

8. Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
